As part of our new year of themed activity under our Safer Business, Stronger Scotland campaign, this month we focussed on Serious Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism. Here’s a snapshot of the topics we covered this month:

HMRC is writing to UK universities advising them to warn students about tax scams sent by fraudsters to steal student's money and personal details.

Holidaymakers who booked with Thomas Cook are being warned to be extra vigilant as fraudulent phone scammers try to take advantage.

September 30th - Fighting the Fake with the Scottish Anti-Illicit Trade Group
